Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Wamatek account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure all personal data is wiped from the electronic device and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
